Originally from Ticino, I have lived in the Val-de-Travers since 2022 (Switzerland). I landed somewhat by chance in Neuchâtel, where I lived for fifteen years and studied at the University of Neuchâtel – ethnology, geography and art history in the Bachelor’s program and anthropology in the Master’s program.
Since 2012 I have been creating works of plastic and visual art, developing personal creative projects and occasionally working on mandates. From 2017 to 2023, I was part of Atelier A, an artistic collective sharing premises and ideas in Neuchâtel. I currently work in my own studio in Travers and, alongside this, collaborate with the Centre Dürrenmatt Neuchâtel.
My artistic practice explores the world through a sensitive lens and questions our relationship with reality through compositions in which narratives, symbols and imaginary worlds intertwine. My artistic research aims to create works that open up spaces for interpretation, where emotion, poetry, humour and reflection can coexist.
My work is deliberately multidisciplinary. It develops through collage, painting, drawing and various mixed-media techniques, chosen according to the specific intentions of each project. This diversity of expressive languages enriches my artistic research and allows me to experiment with new forms of composition and visual storytelling.
